Heroes to Heroes partners with AT&T and NJTC to kick off Civic App Challenge-New Jersey to help veterans

Heroes to Heroes is proud to be a partner of the AT&T Civic App Challenge-New Jersey, held by AT&T, New Jersey Technology Council, several economic development, educational and veterans resource organizations.

The AT&T Civic App Challenge-New Jersey is a “virtual hackathon” for developers in New Jersey to build smartphone apps that serve community needs with a special focus on veterans and their families. The goal of the challenge is to “connect and engage citizens with their governments while demonstrating how mobile technologies can lead to the next generation of tech jobs and investment.”

The challenge takes place from September 16 through November 13, 2015. Winners will be announced on December 4. There will be a total of $19,000 in prizes awarded.
